If you are a new customer then we’ll ask you a few questions about your vehicle such as the make, model and year. Depending on the exact services you require and the information that you provide us with, we should be able to provide you with a cost estimate over the phone which we will then confirm once we have had the opportunity to examine the vehicle. We will then arrange a suitable day and time for you to drop your vehicle off.

On the day when you drop your car off we’ll give you a timeframe of when the work will be completed. We will contact you to confirm the price of the work before we get started on any major repairs or servicing, and when you pick your vehicle up you’ll receive an invoice for that amount, with no ‘hidden’ or ‘surprise’ costs.
